Avocados are rich in vitamins which are essential for healthy skin such as
  • Vitamin B which maintains healthy skin tone
  • Vitamin E as an antioxidant which fights off harmful free radicals and prevents aging
  • Vitamin K that maintain skin elasticity
At the same time, avocados have very high amount of potassium, approximately 60% more than bananas. Potassium has hydrating effect, that is why avocadoes are also rich moisturizers useful for curing dry skin.

1. Mash one avocado till a creamy mixture is formed
2. Apply the cream your face
3. Leave the cream on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with water
